This release accounts for a complete review of more than 2.5 billion square footage of shopping center space and an improved record verification process of each center, either that be accuracy of the geocode, the fence (polygon) or the verification of primary indicators such as GLA, Unit Count and Parking Count. Starting from Super-Regional centers and drilling down to Neighborhood centers we have compiled an up-to-date dataset that is the most accurate and comprehensive source of Shopping Center data in the industry.
